For mommas-to-be, this massage is focused on reducing tension in the lower back/hips or anywhere else in the body for pregnant women. The second or third trimester is ideal for this massage, and regular appointments can significantly reduce the aches and pains that come with pregnancy.

Thai Massage uses a combination of stretches, acupressure points, and energy work to help the body and mind release tension and reconnect. This type of bodywork is typically done on the floor on a mat and you stay dressed in loose-fitting clothing during it. You'll be left feeling a "thai-high" of euphoria and relaxation.

MEET KENZI
Hi, I’m Kenzi Blake and my passion is to help people heal their bodies + minds through holistic massage therapy and bodywork! My goal is to help my clients get to the source of what could be causing their muscle soreness + pain and minimize or eliminate it through bodywork. I can help clients maintain that result through regular bodywork, stretches/exercises, and postural awareness.
I am completely committed to learning all that I can about the body + how it functions in a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual way. I also want to make the connections between stored tension and trauma in the muscles and how to release it so your body can naturally heal. It's a Whole Soul Healing kind of vibe. This year, I will have completed a Sarga Bodywork training and a Thai Massage Training. I look forward to bringing these tools with me to my sessions so I can help you feel your best self!
